How KAILIX ADVISORS LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: January 1, 2026
KAILIX ADVISORS LLC ("Kailix," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at kailix.org (the "Site") and in connection with our marketing services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact details — name, firm name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number when you contact us or request a consultation.
- Inquiry content — the messages and information you choose to send us.
- SMS consent records — if you opt in to text messages, we retain your consent status, the date, and the source of consent.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referring pages.
- Cookies — we use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and aggregate analytics. See Section 6.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide consultations you request;
- To deliver our marketing services to client firms under contract;
- To send text messages you have explicitly opted in to receive;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and recordkeeping obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers — vendors that host our site, route messages, or provide analytics, bound by contractual confidentiality;
- Client firms — where you have engaged with a campaign we operate on behalf of an advisory firm, that firm receives the engagement data associated with its own campaign;
- Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- We send marketing text messages only to numbers that have provided prior express written consent.
- We collect mobile numbers through our website contact/consent forms and other documented opt-in points; consent records — including the timestamp, source, and disclosure language presented — are retained as proof of consent.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or reach us via our Contact page.
- You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means, including email or our Contact page. Revocation requests are honored as soon as practicable — and no later than ten (10) business days after receipt — and are applied across our messaging channels.
- Suppression records are retained permanently to ensure your preference is respected.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, satisfy contractual recordkeeping requirements (including securities-industry record retention for client campaigns), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Consent and opt-out records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for site operation and privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to understand site usage. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; parts of the Site may function differently as a result. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, but we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this Site.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege data handling. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, reach us via our Contact page. We will verify and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also:
- Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email;
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
