FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things RIAs and their compliance teams ask us most. Something missing? Just ask.

First-party, end to end. Campaigns run under your firm's brand and 10DLC registrations; consumers opt in to hear from your firm, and the leads, consent records, and archives belong to you. Kailix operates the channels and provides the platform — we do not sell third-party lead inventory.
The complete proof package for every opt-in: the exact disclosure language shown to the consumer, timestamp, source form or URL, IP address and device, and the double opt-in confirmation message — preserved in tamper-evident storage for five years or more, and exportable as a per-lead consent certificate for audits, examinations, or litigation defense.
You do. Every campaign passes our SEC Marketing Rule pre-review — truthfulness, substantiation, fair and balanced presentation, testimonial and hypothetical-performance rules — and then requires your CCO's explicit approval. No approval, no send. Approvals and versions are archived exam-ready.
10DLC SMS, opt-in email, and rich business messaging on WhatsApp, iMessage, and RCS. Most programs blend two or three channels — we recommend the mix based on your niche, audience, and budget during the consultation.
10DLC stands for 10-digit long code — standard local phone numbers sanctioned by US carriers for application-to-person (A2P) business texting. Carriers now require every business sender to register its brand and campaigns; unregistered traffic is heavily filtered or blocked. We handle the entire registration lifecycle for your firm.
Yes — and that is the point of the first-party model. Brand and campaign registrations are filed for your firm, so your sender identity, throughput, and reputation stay yours. We prepare the filings, draft the use cases, manage vetting, and keep everything in good standing.
Two components you can combine: the technology platform (from $1,500/month) covering consent capture, routing, archiving, and reporting — and managed operations (from $4,500/month) where our team runs your campaigns end to end, with appointment setting available on the Ops+ tier. Multi-office and platform programs are custom. See the pricing page for details.
Instantly and automatically. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT — and, under FCC rules effective April 2025, opt-outs expressed by any reasonable means — trigger immediate suppression synced across every active campaign and channel, well within the required 10-business-day window. HELP returns program and contact information. Suppression records are retained permanently, and consent/opt-out logs are part of your archive.
The channels are simply delivery mechanisms — the Marketing Rule's substance requirements apply to what is said. Our copy workflows are built for adviser marketing: no untrue statements, no unsubstantiated claims, balanced treatment of risks and benefits, and careful handling of testimonials and endorsements. Your CCO approves all final copy before anything sends. And because we are an SEC-registered adviser ourselves, our own marketing lives under the same rule.
Yes. Every inbound and outbound message across SMS, email, and rich messaging channels is captured in full-thread form with timestamps and consent metadata. Exports are formatted for ingestion by archiving platforms such as Smarsh and Global Relay, supporting your books-and-records and supervision obligations.
Platform onboarding takes about a week. Dedicated first-party programs typically take two to four weeks, including brand registration, vetting, consent-flow setup, and compliance review of copy. Firms with an existing registered brand can move significantly faster.
Yes. KAILIX ADVISORS LLC is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC File No. 801-126825, CRD No. 311094). Lead generation and marketing services are provided as a distinct, non-advisory business line under separate agreements — marketing clients do not become advisory clients. Because we operate under the same regulatory roof you do, our programs are built to your compliance bar from the inside.
